Master Terms & Conditions

1. Provider

2. Services Covered

These Master Terms apply to all services in Koss Flow ecosystem ("Services"):

Koss Flow HR — hr.kossflow.space — AI resume builder + recruiter ATS
Koss Flow Budget — budget.kossflow.space — Personal finance tracker
Koss Flow Chat — chat.kossflow.space — Multi-tenant customer support inbox

Per-app addenda (service-specific pricing, refund windows, integrations) live on each subdomain's /terms route.

3. Account & Authentication

One Koss Flow account works across all 3 apps via SSO at auth.kossflow.space. Signup creates a profile in our authentication database (Supabase, self-hosted, EU). You may sign in with Email/Password, Google OAuth, or Telegram.

Minimum age: 14 (EU/UA standard). Parental consent required for minors where local law requires it.

4. Pricing & Subscriptions

Each app has separate paid tiers (Free + paid). Subscriptions are per-app. Payments processed by:

WayForPay (HR, Budget) — UA-based PCI-compliant gateway
MonoPay (HR, Budget, Chat) — Universal Bank Ukraine, ECDSA-verified webhooks

Recurring subscriptions auto-renew via saved card token (opt-in at purchase). You can cancel auto-renew anytime in app Settings.

5. Refund Policy

14-day refund window from first purchase if quota was not used substantially. Request via koss.flow@gmail.com with order reference.

6. Withdrawal Right (EU)

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, except where Service has been fully performed (e.g., AI generation completed). By starting AI generation, you waive withdrawal for that specific output.

7. Acceptable Use

No automated scraping, bot abuse, or load-testing without permission
No uploading malicious content or attempting to circumvent quotas
No use for illegal activities under UA or your jurisdiction laws
Rate limits enforced — see per-app /terms for specifics

8. Liability Cap

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Service Availability

Best-effort uptime, no SLA guarantee on Free tier. We may pause or discontinue any Service with 30-day notice (unused subscription period refunded pro-rata).

10. Data Processing

See Master Privacy Policy for details. Data is hosted in EU (Hetzner Helsinki/Falkenstein), self-hosted Supabase, end-to-end encrypted at rest where applicable (e.g., OpenAI API keys via AES-256-GCM).

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved under Ukrainian law, jurisdiction of Kyiv courts. EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30-day notice via in-app notification + email. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
